Core Functionality EasyPark utilizes a passwordless authentication system. Security is maintained through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), where a mobile phone number serves as the primary identifier and an SMS code serves as the verification key.
Login via EasyPark App
Enter the registered mobile phone number.
Receive a 4-digit verification code via SMS.
Enter the code in the app to grant access.
New Device Verification: When logging in on a new or unrecognized device, the system requires a one-time entry of a registered license plate linked to the account as an additional security measure.
Login via Self-Service Portal (Website)
Navigate to the local EasyPark website and select "Log In".
Enter the registered phone number as the username.
Receive a verification code via SMS.
Enter the code on the website to access the dashboard.
Critical Rules & Logic
No Passwords: Traditional passwords are not used for private accounts; access is strictly dependent on the ability to receive SMS.
Platform Synchronicity: Account details, history, and settings are synced in real-time between the app and the web portal.
Session Persistence: Once logged into the app, users typically remain logged in unless they manually select "Log out" or perform a clean reinstall.
Data Retrieval: The web portal is the recommended interface for managing complex account settings or downloading multiple invoices via desktop/laptop.
