Core Functionality Invoices serve as the official record of parking transactions. Users are notified when a new invoice is generated and can retrieve the full document via several digital platforms.
Retrieval Methods
Email Notification: A summary is sent to the registered email address. This email does not contain the full PDF invoice for security reasons; it serves as a prompt to download it via the app or portal.
EasyPark App: Menu (☰) > Payment > Invoices. Users can view both open and settled invoices.
MyRiverty Portal: For accounts billed via Riverty, users can log in to the Riverty website or app to download full PDF invoices and track payment statuses.
Postal Invoices & Reminders
Digital-First: Invoices are primarily digital. Hard copies are not sent by default.
Postal Delivery: A physical letter is only dispatched if:
The registered email address is invalid or bouncing.
The account reaches the third payment reminder stage without settlement.
Troubleshooting & Logic
Missing Emails: If notifications are not received, users must verify the email spelling in Menu > Account and check spam/junk folders.
Third-Party Payments: If a user pays Riverty directly, there may be a delay before the invoice status is updated to "Paid" within the EasyPark app.
Business Users: Main account administrators download invoices via the Business Portal for all sub-users.
