Core Functionality EasyPark utilizes a passwordless login system for private accounts. Users authenticate by entering their mobile phone number and receiving a 4-digit verification code via SMS.
Troubleshooting Steps
Phone Number Format: Ensure the country code is correct and the leading zero of the mobile number is omitted (e.g., +31 6... instead of +31 06...).
Verification Code (SMS):
Allow up to 5 minutes for delivery.
Codes are time-sensitive; if the window expires, a new code must be requested.
Check for signal strength or "Do Not Disturb" settings that might block incoming SMS.
Connection Status: Toggle between Wi-Fi and mobile data to resolve local network timeouts.
App Maintenance:
Force-close the application and restart.
Check for available updates in the App Store or Google Play Store.
Android users: Clear the application cache in device settings.
Uninstall and reinstall the app as a final technical step.
Specific Account Blocks
Closed Accounts: Once an account is permanently deleted/closed, the phone number cannot be used to "log in" to the old data. Entering the number will initiate a new registration process.
Security Lockout: Repeated failed attempts to enter a verification code will trigger a temporary security cooldown. The user must wait before requesting a new code.
Business Accounts: Business users must log in via the web portal using an email address and password, as the app's SMS login is optimized for private users.
